Yoga Nidra is a magical doorway to uncovering your true nature. Unlike our other yoga classes, which are more exercise based, yoga nidra’?s health benefits are similar to a meditation practice, but a lot easier to access. Simply lie down and relax. A regular meditation practice can take years to master and can be extremely challenging for the body; sitting for long periods of time and your mind may stray away. Yoga nidra’s benefits are immediate without any experience. It’?s yoga that everyone can do.
