This 90 minute original sequence, comprised of beginner’s postures from our Hatha class, designed to engage the whole body from inside out. This class is open to students of all levels.

It is a beautifully simple and accessible system that helps reduce stress, helps you to lose weight, build physical, mental and emotional awareness, mobility and flexibility. Through a Hatha yoga practice you can develop a deeper connection and understanding of the Self and a stronger connection to understanding the world around you.
