NON HEATED Synchronize breath with movement. Students focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow to awaken strength, energy, and flexibility in an upbeat atmosphere. Appropriate for students of all levels with introductions to arm balances and inversions with modifications.
Open to EVERYbody. Students will receive options for fuller expressions of the poses and modifications throughout the class. The poses will flow from one to another making it a more challenging practice. More challenging poses may be introduced for advanced students, while beginners can work at their own level.
