Born and raised in western Massachusetts, Brittany moved to Santa Monica, California in the summer of 2017 for a new career opportunity. Having practiced yoga for the last 15 years, she decided to finally pursue her dream of teaching and enrolled in a 200-hour Teacher Training at YogaWorks in Los Angeles. After graduating, she took her practice on the road and started “Yoga On The Run,” a mobile yoga class for individuals, groups, social and corporate events.
In late 2018, work brought her to Scottsdale, AZ where she started to attend classes at Hot Yoga University and fell in love with the variety of classes and sense of community at the studio.
“There’s so many aspects of yoga that drew me in, but it’s what it did for my mind that hooked me. I’ve always been athletic, so I loved the physical aspect, but the mental clarity and realizations I came to on my mat during savasana were a serious game-changer! I craved that feeling more and more, until yoga eventually became a daily practice. Now I’m excited to bring yoga to others, especially those that think it’s simply a good stretch! It certainly is, but it’s so very much more, and I feel blessed to be part of others’ journey to find their yogi bliss.”
