Your Hot Yoga Studio, Just North of Tempe
Hot Yoga University is at 2501 N Scottsdale Rd in South Scottsdale, about 10 to 15 minutes from ASU’s Tempe campus. Head north on Rural Road, which turns into Scottsdale Road, and you’re here.
We’ve been locally owned since 2012, and plenty of our students and teachers have come up from Tempe and ASU over the years. Whether you want a hard, sweaty workout between classes or a slower hour to reset, there’s a class on the schedule that fits.

Where to Start
New to heated yoga? Start with a class in our infrared room or a Hot Hatha class, then work your way up.
Want to sweat? Try Hot Yasa, Hot Sculpt or HotFiit in our hot room.
Prefer no heat? Our non-heated classes include vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra.
