21 Days of Self Love Habit
Beginning Valentine’s Day!
Please join HYU teacher Nicole as she quits her e-cigarette habit and begins a practice of Self-Love by leading the Self Love: 21 Days of Change Habit. We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate Valentines day then by loving ourselves. Loving ourselves enough to let go of an unhealthy habit.
Kick a Habit, Love yourself
Smoking, Junk food, Alcohol, Bad relationships, cell phone, biting your nails, procrastinating, over eating, under eating, the list goes on and on. There is strength in numbers, we can do it together.
“How can I sign up?”
Simply fill out the Heart Habit Card and place it on the wall. Grab a red reminder string and tie it on your wrist.
“What’s the cost?
The only investment is one that you’re making to yourself.
“Do I have to reveal my unhealthy habit?”
Of course not, but if you choose to share it, you will find only love, compassion and support on your journey to change.
If you can’t stop thinking that it is harming you in some way, physically, emotionally or spiritually then it’s time to make a change. Kick a Habit, Love yourself!
