Intro to Hot Yoga

Join us Sunday afternoons for a workshop style beginner yoga class!

Please join 200 hr certified yoga teacher Karin Mendez Sunday afternoons at 4:30 beginning November 8th for Intro to Hot Yoga. Karin has overcome her own physical limitations due to injuries and weight to find peace and strength on the mat and in her life.

IHY is a work-shop style yoga class, allowing students to ask questions, receive adjustments, assistance, and encouragement. Through the informative and casual nature of the IHY our intention is that very soon you will gain enough confidence and strength so you feel comfortable enough to join in on the many other classes we offer daily.
