New classes
I am so excited and very grateful for all the help in the creation and addition of 6 New classes in our Non-heated room. These classes have been designed with EVERYbody in mind, from our parents who may have never been in a yoga room to having our super yogi friends on the mat; from the true beginner to the advanced student. We do love it HOT at HYU but we also realize that some like it cool. So we have merged the two yoga worlds together to meet on one amazing big mat-HYU! This is Hot Yoga Evolved®
