Live Your Namaste’
Each month we will offer a “Live Your Namaste” donation class. All the proceeds go to a local charity in need. Also a percentage of our “Live Your Namaste” retail will go to local charities too.
We say Namaste’ at the end of every class as a way to acknowledge the divinity and compassion of the true self in each one of us. Here is my favorite interpretation of Namaste from Ram Dass:
“I honor the place in you where the entire universe resides. I honor the place in you, of light and love, of truth, and peace. I honor the place within you, where if you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me, there is only one of us.”
What good is it to talk about how much we love and how true we are if our actions do not match our words? To LIVE OUR NAMASTE means we unlock the love in our own hearts to include everyone. Where our eyes go our hearts will follow. If we only look at what seemingly and erroneously divides us, we totally miss out on the blessing to celebrate and embrace what brings us together. We all want to find peace, we all want to be loved and we all want to be free.
