Living Life
Do you contemplate why you are here? I do.
Or feel a sense of urgency? I do.
Do you feel as if your life is somehow being orchestrated in a way that reveals your highest truth? I do.
Do you ever wonder what’s up next after our journey on earth is over? I do.
Those are the questions… here are the answers…
I believe we are here because our soul chose this very moment in time and space. We arrived with a mission, except we don’t exactly remember what that mission was. If you’ve ever read about near death experiences, you know that it has to do with love, it’s all about love. Once our soul’s mission is completed, once our soul learns the lessons it came here for, the physical body dies and our soul or “spirit” goes back into the universal consciousness.
May I suggest that our life path was imprinted on us the moment we came into the world. This is the why we are all so beautifully unique and wonderfully made, our quirkiness, our views on life and relationships and even what we are drawn to and away from. This is why some are born to lead, some are happy to follow and still others are here to go off and chart their own course.
The bottom line is to take the time to go into the stillness so our path can be revealed. In the stillness of our practice we are reminded to:
” Let go of everything that we are not, so that who we are can be revealed.”
During final savasana as we rest in our true essence, it feels as if time is standing. We are no longer experiencing time-bound consciousness we are experiencing our timeless state of being. In this state, our body’s wisdom takes over to restore, heal and rejuvenate.
When life gets hectic, remember your life is part of a perfect plan. My saving grace is knowing that God’s hand is on everything I do and even when I’m tired and forget this truth, it is still there. I let go and I am restored. I can live life without fear or hesitation because “He” is with me.
Living life.
Peace,
