Hot Yoga Evolved ® is evolving even more! We are so excited add Sunday join our fabulous teaching team! Sunday brings years of experience in Ashtanga and Power Yoga which we will share with three new class times.

8pm Tuesday – Intro to Ashtanga

8pm Thursday & 4:15pm Sunday- Amped Power

Beginning Tuesday June 7th!

Sunday recently moved from Los Angeles, where she studied for 5 years under Bryan Kest, the originator of Power Yoga and Caroline Kleib for her 500 hr Ashtanga training certification. She’s settled in Scottsdale to be with her family here. A graduate from Arizona State with a B.S. in Counseling and currently work in the Sports Business Industry in India. She has traveled the country extensively as a result and is grateful to have an intimate relationship with the country that birthed our beloved yoga. She is excited to share all that she has learned with the students at Hot Yoga University.

Class descriptions:

Intro to Ashtanga Primary Series

Powerful Series based on linking breath and movement. We will introduce the first half of the primary series and gradually add poses as classes become familiar. Ashtanga is heavy in Sanskrit and focus is on deep breathing. DON’T BE INTIMIDATED! Give it a try.

75/90 Minute Power Yoga

Amped Power

Very strong but approachable flow. All levels welcome always! Asanas are approachable by everyone and challenging to a personal degree. We enter slow but definitely amp things up. Class focuses on exploration of full range of motion, touching every area of the body while building strength, mobility, cardiovascular integrity, balance, stamina, flexibility, elasticity, patience, gentleness, acceptance and humility to name a few. We attempt to create the most well rounded yoga class possible in 75 minutes. you will leave feeling AMAAAAAAAAZING!
