How are you handling your holiday stress? What I’m hearing mostly from students is a relief that Christmas is over. They enjoyed their time with family and friends but the build up and the last minute shopping and parking and traffic was stressful.
Recently All star Reportor/Anchor Lindsey Reiser from 3tvphoenix and cbs5az came by to interview me about holiday stress. I was honored and grateful to share some tips for a stress free holiday. And now as we move closer to the new year we can apply the same principles.
