Lunch Time Yoga @12 pm – 7 Days a week at HYU. Lunch time breaks are valuable, a chance to unwind and relax after our busy mornings work. Our 60 minute 12 o’clock class is a great way to enjoy this important time of your working day and we offer it 7 days a week. Yoga releases stress and tension, while toning your body and bringing balance to the mind. Taking a yoga class during Lunch Time is a fantastic way to generate a quick, effective and beneficial workout for your body, while helping to unwind and relax your mind. The detoxing, de-stressing and therapeutic capability of Hot Yoga make sense… and we have plenty of showers for everyone!
